Hello,

I am interested to enable tup to be in the official repositories for
Fedora. One thing this would require is that I maintain something like a
fork which does not vendor third-party libraries since Fedora does not
support/allow this for official packaging. The eventual goal would be that
a user may `dnf install tup` and the latest version of tup is installed. Is
there any concern or legal issue which would block this? If there is
previous discussion related to this, I would be interested to know.

Best,
sh4
