There is a 'download' link on rererenced page, you can use to
get all the stuff in one piece...
Of course I could put in in the proposals dir, but most people are
not interested with it, and if you have a few hundred people updating
their turbine snapshots, and the file is 700k (contains a patched
velocity jar, more info on that later) that would men a few hundred
megs of unnecessary traffic on apache.org wires.
