CVS can't find jakarta-turbine-orgami module

I'm able to find the get the new jakarta-turbine-jyve fine, but
I got the following error getting jakarta-turbine-orgami:

CVSROOT: [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/home/cvspublic (password authentication)
TCL is *not* available, shell is disabled
cvs checkout -P jakarta-turbine-orgami (in directory E:\Cvsdata)
cvs server: cannot find module `jakarta-turbine-orgami' - ignored

I can see the module fine with my web browser. Anyone else having trouble  ?
