All references? There should only be one.

Does your patch work for all windows platforms? I know virtually nothing
about windows so I'm just checking. I would also encourage you to
install Ant and not use the .bat file. When 2.1 hits the ground
I hope to deprecate the use of all the scripts and just have
ant build files.

Right, ok. I put that in for the standard app, but it will probably trip
a lot of people up. I will leave the bit in for class reloading but
