We can split the lists up so that CVS messages only go to the turbine-cvs
list and people have to subscribe to it. But, is it really that bad that CVS
messages are in the archives? My problem with splitting the lists up is that
by having CVS commit messages go here, in general, I think that more people
are looking at them, which is a good thing for peer review.
