We have the same problem. Reading previous discussions regarding this it looked like
it was in the Velocity jars.
I haven't tested it yet, but found some answers in the groups stating that it was
indeed fixed in the newest Velocity jars.

I found a problem while testing it under NT4sp6 with MySQL
All the schema.sql files generated by the newapp lacks the final right
parentheses at the end of each table creation.
I haven't yet spotted what causes this.
