rebuild torque

Hi:

I am now trying to add a new function to torque, which can generate a "database 
structure" document in HTML format.  To do that I need to add a 

        description attribute    for "Table" ,   and   "Column"

I have just download Torque src from CVS.

I find to build torque, I need a "commons-util-0.1-dev.jar".

Where can find this jar?
