Done. The "dist" target will now produce source and binary distribution packages. The "dist" target there is one I started for BCEL and subsequently copied to most of the projects I work on. If you see any problems with it let me know and I will clean it up and try to get it into the standard build file that Berin offered to the Alexandria group. I could see separating the source and binary distribution process into different targets and "dist" could just ant call the two separate targets.
