TurbineGlobalCacheService defines getNumberOfObjects(), but it is not
declared in the interface GlobalCacheService. I would like to use
getNumberOfObjects() in the Jetspeed project to display cache size
information. The patch belows declares getNumberOfObjects() in the
interface.
