I think this torque DTD needs an app-data !ELEMENT for it to be valid for
project-schema.xml which contains element app-data in the !DOCTYPE tag, and
as the root element.
I was using it with an editor which reads the DTD to populate gui editing
tools, it complained about this, I'm not the expert here ..
So here's a teeny patch.
