Sounds to me like the *manager files were not added to your zip... Or were
not unzipped into the correct location.
I would make sure they are in the CVS snapshot you used - under
<CVS-snap>/src/templates/om/
Just took a full CVS snapshot (3/8/02 1:30AM) to check.
After building the distribution, unzipping the zip created by 'ant dist'
into another folder, and running 'ant project-om' I encountered no problems.
