  Removed:     xdocs/stylesheets dependencies.dvsl developer-list.dvsl
                        index.dvsl jdepend.dvsl junit.dvsl mail-lists.dvsl
                        pdf.dvsl site.dvsl
  Log:
  The stylesheets are now taken from the src/dvsl/xdocs directory and
  placed in the ${maven.home}/stylesheets directory as part of the the
  bootstrap process. So the stylesheets will be part of the maven
  installation now.
