So far I've only counted 8 who are using Turbine 3 (including people on the user list), and 4 of them are committers. And out of the eight I have the feeling that most people are using some modified version that doesn't have much to with what's in cvs. Is there really anybody except scarab people that are _very_ interested in a release?? I know I don't care, cause once summit is anywhere close to a release I'll be converting my apps. BTW: Let's see what readme.txt for T3 says --------------------- Using Turbine 3.0 is done _entirely_ at your own risk at this point; the Turbine 3.0 API has not yet been solidified. We recommend that people stay with 2.1 until 3.0 is ready. ---------------------- So actually its peoples own headache. Based on these observations I really can't see any reason to release T3 - Kasper -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:turbine-dev-unsubscribe@;jakarta.apache.org> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:turbine-dev-help@;jakarta.apache.org>
