The following modifications were made to this issue:
I think the license agreement disallows redistribution. I would mark this as invalid
or wontfix, but I don't have time to research this right now. Anyone who adds this
jar to jakarta/apache's cvs, read the license carefully and unless it is obvious that
it is ok, request clarification from the pmc.
