What you will actually see is about a bazillion "org.apache.avalon.framework.component has been deprecated" messages. In between such messages are gems like "cannot resolve symbol org.apache.fulcrum.schedule.BaseJobEntry". There also is also a bunch of unresolved "org.apache.fulcrum.security.impl.db.entity" classes... perhaps this is what you are talking about.
