  Added:       src/java/org/apache/fulcrum/util WordWrapUtils.java
  Log:
  commons-util is going away and so getting the WordWrap code from there is no
  longer an option.
  
  For now, I copied the file out of ViewCVS into Fulcrum's util. A longer term
  solution might be to follow up with the commons-lang people and see if they
  would accept it (several other commons-util classes migrated there).
