Summary: TurbineUser.save() does not update the primary key
Description: The current implementation of DBUserManager does not update the primary
key in the TurbineUser object after saving a new instance. This behavior is different
than any other OM object....
Consequently, calling TurbineSecurity.revokeAll(user) or
TurbineSecurity.gant(user,group,role) will result in an exception.
