Summary: Turbine fails to start when passivated sessions are reactivated on Tomcat
Description: When Tomcat is shutdown normally, it will passivate all active sessions.
These sessions will be reactivated on the next startup of TomCat. This is causing the
security service to throw an exception.
The stack trace and two work arounds will be included in the comments.
