Humberto suggests adding a method "void renameUser(Usert user, String name)" to the
UserManager interface. This does seem to be the best approach. I will look at
implementing this for DBUserManager, for LDAP I will throw an
UnsupportedOperationException and leave it to the LDAP expert(s) to implement.
