Summary: project.propertis needs more for torque:om target
Description: Currently, if you build 2.3 from scratch, torque:om expects all the libs
to be in the root/lib dir. This points the torque:om to hit the maven.repo.local dir.
Tested against cvs head of the torque plugin. A patch is attached!
