The following modifications were made to this issue:
I commented out the fileset tag in build-torque.xml of the torque maven-plugin an
everythings seems to be normal. But I don't think it is a good a way to fix it there
because it is going a way anyway and we may break something else. I think in the
meantime the best fix is to do what Erick suggested in the first place. Create the lib
directory within maven.xml.
