While I don't really care if we do assertTrue or assertFalse, I'm -0
on patches that work around tool problems. Maven hasn't been released
yet and I'm pretty sure that it will be released with the most current
junit, so I'd prefer to fix such problems in the tool and not in the
application that uses the tool. Our code is pretty happy with junit-3.8
