I would like to see all the documentation traffic continue on the dev list. That way the hard core developers who might not be interested in doing docs can still see what is going on. Also, for those of us who are more casual, it means one more mailing list to signup for.
I think that if a turbine-doc list is created, a couple people may joing, but the bulk of people may not see it. Keeping it on turbine-dev gives in, IMHO, higher visibility and thus may garner more long term support.
