ParameterParser does not include anymore the parameters from the QueryString
Consider those 2 scenarios:
1) http://yourserver/yourturbineapp/servlet/Turbine/bugtest/myvalue
In a velocity screen template the variable $data.Parameters.bugtest returns myvalue
2) http://yourserver/yourturbineapp/servlet/Turbine?bugtest=yes
In a velocity screen template the same variable $data.Parameters.bugtest returns null, which is wrong of course. It should behave the same as in scenario 1.
