Summary: ContentUri configuration
Description: Maybe I'm the only one who is bothered by the fact that ContentUri always
returns server name, etc... Or maybe there are reasons I am not aware of for which
this is preferrable. However, I modified the ContentUri class to read a setting from
tr.props for those who prefer to get URIs that start with /ContextPath. I don't know
if the performance penalty is acceptable. I know that I would have better subclassed
ContentUri, then change my tr.props to use my new class instead of the default for
tool.request.content: but I found that in other places an instance of ContentUri was
created to get the mapping (i.e. pull.util.UIManager), so I think this method is more
centralized.
