This thread is to ask for a Vote for some of the components in the
jakarta-turbine-fulcrum project that I believe are ready for their initial
release.  I have uploaded the latest and greatest documentation to
http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/fulcrum for your perusal.  All the unit
tests pass, and they are all building happily in Gump as well.
