This is the Call for Votes to release the Version 2.3.2 of the Turbine
framework. The current TURBINE_2_3_BRANCH trunk is stable enough and
contains a number of bug fixes over the 2.3.1 release to warrant such
a release.
After doing this release, I will no longer work actively work on the
2.3 branch. So if any of the current committers/contributors want to
step up and do further maintenance, please let me know.
