You can download any of them depending on your platform, or you can
download the "Jar Install" as the document advises because its the most
reliable (the installers are still being worked on).
Its unclear to me what is "not clear" to you because you have not
provided constructive feedback. This is akin to me submitting a bug
report to Scarab without a stack trace. In the future, I would kindly
ask you to provide more information so I know where to improve the
documentation. This will benefit the entire community.
