I've made a few changes to the cvs log processing, and it now does most of what I wanted.
New Stuff: - added time of commit, as well as date - reworked layout of the page - added links from the produced html log to the cvs web interface - previous revisions now show up as output, i.e. if there were two changes to a file within the log's # of days, you would previously only see the last one, not both.
