One note. I have not documented this yet because I had to move all the documentation for this change and it was getting very confusing. In any case, its backwards compatible, because the search order for the navigation file checks for xdocs/project.xml in the event its an anakia user. I'll update the documentation over the next few days and put together an xdoc tutorial for maven.
