Just my 2 cents, but Quartz running with just inmemory jobs seems pretty simple to set up. But it seems for kicking tasks off, what does CruiseControl do? Isn't automatically kicking off maven builds similar to what CruiseControl does with CVS checkins? Or is it signaled by CVS to do it's thing?
