I haven't looked at it in detail, I've been hesitating because I was
thinking that I would prefer to use the stylesheets we already have in
place and actually have the output of JXR produce an xdoc so that the
entire site's look and feel would be applied to the page (ie. the navbar
and banner).  This is what I've done for the Checkstyle, JDepend, and
JUnit reports.  I think it makes the site look very coherent.  I haven't
given it much thought yet however.
