BTW, I propose that we use uniquely identified dev JARs for the Maven dependencies because I do not want a 3rd party breaking the Maven build. I want it to be as stable as possible. Thus, no generic "-dev" JARs in Maven deps. As we've been updating the JARs, I've been slowly migrating the deps to use the new uniquely identified dev JARs.
