maven.jarResources.basedir is currently a property. If we 'fix' the descriptor to make the patterns better, we should also include the associated property. Not sure I follow. The patterns are already there for <jarResources> I'm
just saying I Vincent's naming better. I also like the separation
between testing and release. I know that I have wanted a
log4j.properties file placed in the classes/ directory for testing but
don't want it included in the JAR proper.
