Its more a confusion of naming. importAll=true means import all properties.
So I kept the same (albeit confusing) naming for exportAll. So to export all
references and properties then set both to true.

Admitedly, it'd make sense to default exportAll=true and exportRefs=true for
<maven-ant>.

Agreed. I'm not sure we need the prefix.
