Hi, Because I am a Chinese, I want my change log support Chinese, but the Maven not. I modify the string "ISO-8859-1" in ChangeLog.java to "GB2312", the Chinese is view. So I want you can modify the "ISO-8859-1" to maven.docs.outputencoding. Thank you.
