any progress likely on classpath issues?

hi

is there likely to be any progress on maven classpath issues any time soon?

i'm still getting

java.lang.LinkageError: loader constraints violated when linking org/w3c/dom/Document class

when i try to run the betwixt unit tests which involve xml evaluation. (i'
ve raised this issue a couple of time before a while ago.)

i'm willing to dive in and help out with development of a solution (if that's what it takes) but i'd need some assistance since i'm not familiar with the maven code.
