Hi Nick, I don't believe anyone is working on any of the plugin you mentioned. Although Maven is language agnostic most of the existing plugins are for java and thus you won't be able to benefit from them on a non-java project. But you probably know this already...
Have you looked at NAnt which I'm told is great and works just like Ant? It may already contain some of the tasks/plugins you mentioned.
