James Taylor (Thanks James!) attempted to back out whatever it was
that was breaking maven. Maven does not build bootstrap now, at least,
and will work for simple projects. But, <extend> is still broken.
ANYONE WHO HAS TOUCHED THE CORE CODE SINCE LAST THURSDAY...
Please cvsup, and try to undo whatever it is you did.
And then bootsrap. Twice. And tell #maven what you're doing.
If you're feeling extra happy, try to build the commons reactor to verify
things work.
I think Stephane Mor and Emanuelle are the only folks on the hook
at the moment. Please guys, try to fix this.
