That's what I did. But I feel that goals of this plugin are not "fine
grained" enough.
As I understand the intention behind it is to provide the same look'n'feel
to websites 
of projects which are using Maven. This is very strict.  I don't want to
complain 
about Maven philosophy but maybe this is/will too painfull in some cases.

That's what I suggest :). But I believe that refactoring would be even
better.

No question about that! But it's not that nice that I have to repeat xx
percent of code of this pluging
while one variable or refactoring will do.
