Mine and yours are similar. I've just taken a different approach on
functionality.

Mine uses an xdoc document ($doc) and a navigation file ($nav).
I stopped work on mine on the weekend, when Markus asked me to, and file
my bugs against JSL to get things fixed. I think functionally mine's a
little further along, e.g. handles various navigation files etc, but
doesn't have as much of the matching done.
Mine is also just an extension of the existing xdoc plugin rather than a
whole new one. Personal preference, as I'd rather not end up with two
plugins doing the same thing - I'd much rather a property allowed us to
switch back and forth.
I'm copying the -dev list on this, as I'd prefer decisions to happen in
public.....
