Comment:
1. Some of my use of j:set / x:set is probably incorrect (but it works). I had some
scoping issues
2. I rearranged some of the columns, unless someone is using an html parser on it, you
shouldn't notice a huge difference
3. You will notice that JSL is causing problems of it's own. I don't believe these are
related to the junit.jsl file
4. The doc:formatNumber* tags don't do what it looks like they are supposed to. A job
for another day.
