Hi Aleks,As per the previous threads, it has a number of issues, number one being that it can't properly load its dependencies (so you have to add dependencies to your project.xml), and number two that a number of properties are exposed as the wrong name. It is also nowhere near as flexible. IMHO, while you can certainly get it going, it is simply not worth the hassles and limitations.
Hi James,
I'm using the xdoclet plugin for weeks now in a midsized project for
generating struts-config.xml, web.xml, castor mapping, servlet filters
with no problems, but no ejb.
You're using the maven-xdoclet-plugin-1.2b2.jar plugin with no modifications? We can't seem to get that working. Did you modify your project.xml or maven.xml in any way to make it work?
Thanks,
J
Do you have a problem accessing the archives? This is all covered pretty well...
The archives are a snapshot in time. I was hoping for more up to date information than they provide. Maven is progressing at a rapid pace. It is unreasonable to assume that the state of this or that or some other plugin this week is exactly the same as it was last week. I'm sorry if my search for up to date information is annoying you.
