Indeed...why the sudden switch to maven b5 repository style? I was
perfectly happy working against maven b4 instead of trying to hit this
constantly moving target.

Jon, I know you were rather irate at the whole situation, but why
couldn't we just stick with maven b4? You complain about features being
broken, but you're using the HEAD so of course things are going to be in
flux. You're just making the situation worse.

Regardless, I fixed the build-torque.xml and the test suite is running
successfully.
