Summary: patches to allow choice of characters for BooleanChar
Description: I ran into this issue attempting to replace a legacy data layer with 
Torque.  The database is mySQL and the character boolean fields use t/f instead of the 
Y/N Torque defaults to.  This patch allows the characters to be set on a database 
level.  Allowing this property on the field level or in the general torque properties 
didn't seem as easy/clean, but if this isn't the right approach at least someone else 
will be thinking about it.
