Details:
Summary: Torque.initialize not reentrant
Description: mapBuilders field is set to null causing subsequent initialize
calls to throw a NullPointerException. One would think that
initialize/shutdown could be called repeatedly in pairs. Perhaps the list should be
cleared instead.
