Summary: Documentation changes in ForeignKey.java
Description: The javadocs for ForeignKey repeatedly refer to returning Lists of
columns or mapping columns onto columns. The actual operation is returning column
names and this patch simply changes the wording to reflect that.
Additionally some inconsistent capitalization was changed, so that all comments now
begin with a capital letter.
