Details:
Summary: Improve the parsing of *.sql files (done by the sql2xml task)
Description: The task does not recognize ALTER TABLE, CREATE INDEX and similar
commands in *.sql files. Place the 2 attached files (schema2.sql and
schema2.sql.ref.xml) in src/rttest and issue maven runtime:test. The SQLToAppDataTest
will fail
