Summary: determine database adapter at runtime
Description: we can determine the database adapter at runtime using
Connection.getDatabaseMetadata instead of supplying it statically in
Torque.properties. This will make it easier to redeploy Torque applications on a new
database using connection pools obtained through JNDI.
