You'll need torque-3.0-b2.jar in your lib.repo, but if you put the Torque dependency in your project.xml file, it should be there. Can you verify that the jar is in the lib.repo dir? Oh...in the midst of putting everything together, I may have also copied all of the jars in the torque/lib dir into my lib.repo dir. I haven't thought of an elegant way to handle that yet, and then had forgotten. You'll have to download and unzip Torque, but just to get the lib files. Try copying the torque/lib files in to your lib.repo and see if that works.
